WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! DHSCO CONCERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


yes, it was the dhsco concert today. N IT WAS GREAT WHEE!!!!!! haha. the rehearsal started with me feeling really high n happy. n that resulted in me feeling really tired just before the 4pm concert. lol. the 4pm concert was kinda chaotic. after almost every item, there would be noise coz of sth dropping. but i heard that suyun played really well for huan le zhong guo jie wooh! my rawker junior! hahaha =D ooh i made a couple of mistakes, which i'd never made before in any concert. coming in at the wrong time. lol. that happened during chang cheng. i was so excited to go in n ended up playing at the wrong time. what made it worse was that it was really obvious coz my volume is like... high. hehe. another mistake was made during mo li hua. that was dumb. just before the dizis were supposed to go in, i was thinking of a melody of another part of the song. n yes, i played that at the wrong time so i was shocked when everyone was playing a different melody from me. apparently no one noticed though. lol. omg! n the encore was scary. it was agreed prior to the concert that di tanjong katong would be first. but just before the encore, mr tay changed his mind n mouthed "mang chun" to us. the percussion ppl din hear it, so when his hands were raised, the suonas were playing mang chun n the percussion ppl were playing di tanjong katong. i hope it wasn't obvious to the audience man. heh.


the 7.30pm concert was better! as usual haha. lol weicheng was telling us about them owning wu xz. wu xz was conducting at a snail pace n they decided to play at a faster speed n wu xz followed them! what a great conductor huh, getting led by the musicians. bleah. oh yes, when i was performing chun, i really enjoyed it alot! for the past few weeks chun has been my enemy, but i actually loved it tonight! n i'm still loving it! hopefully, that helps in my playing during vjco practices. haha.


it feels strange being a senior. the concert moves really slowly as compared to previous years, coz we're involved in really few items. i'm glad i got a chance to perform for mo li hua, chun n the encore hee. but anyway, i'm really glad to see the juniors doing so well. some of them have gone leaps n bounds since the last time i saw them. i said it before, but i gotta say it again, I'M SO PROUD OF THE DIZI JUNIORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL OF YOU ROCK MAN!!!!! =D =D =D


i'm soooooo tired now. n as usual, i'm suffering from after-concert gloominess. i miss performing with dhsco again. i miss the seniors. i miss the juniors. i miss the chances given to me. i miss the appreciation i receive. i miss the feeling of home in dhsco. i miss being myself n getting credited for it, rather than being criticised by some noob for my style of playing. i miss the restriction-free life. i miss the comparison-free life. i miss the recognition. I MISS DHSCO!!!!!!!!!!

gotta move on, get used to everything. now it's commitment to vjco. whee i love vjco!! n i'm not kidding. so vjco, PLEASE LOVE ME TOO!!!!!!
