I'm back from Hong Kong! Missed me, didn't you! Wahahahax. Gosh, I can't believe 5 days ZOOM-ED by like that. Yeah it's only 5 days but still, that's too fast! Argh I miss HK!!!!! :( :(

Day One - Welcome to Hong Kong!
Didn't do much, other than watch a musical performance by one of the COs there. The standard was good, of course, just that the songs were quite boring hehe. We had some time after that to do some shopping at this shopping centre near "Snoopy Land" (or what it's called) and I was really overwhelmed by the number of people inside. Not to mention they were walking at such a fast pace, makes it all the more intimidating. Oh, and we had a really hard time looking for the escalators lol. Cos they were all over the place, some escalators went up 2 floors, and it was basically a chore looking for the correct escalator haha. But yeah, it was a nice experience. :)

Day Two - Musical Exchance
Did some sight-seeing in the morning. We went to The Peak, and I think the view there's really beautiful! The buildings all look kinda interesting hahaha. We proceeded to Diocesan Boys' school after that for our "performance". They performed for us before we performed for them. Their intonation's good, dynamics're good, but I thought it was rather robotic. Could be due to the fact that the songs they played didn't have distinct tunes, such that all 3 songs sounded the same lol. But yeah, they're definitely very disciplined. And there's this suona guy who's really good! He seemed to play so effortlessly, as though he were playing a sheng or dizi lol. Yeah, I eagerly went up to present him my school badge haha! I think our "performance" was okay. I'm glad I held the last note for tuo ling, I'm not sure why I was so amused during sai ma but I was just laughing throughout the piece (to myself of course) and I didn't play it exactly well but at least I came in at the important parts (that's what I think lol), Canon in D was far too slow and I almost fell asleep playing it (I think the boys almost did too), and our dizi song was alright (yay!). Yup, I'm just glad it was an exchange haha. At night was fun, we went to a hospital to watch a CO practice! Haha yeah the practice is in the hospital cos the CO's made up of doctors and nurses and surgeons and all those people! Cool huh! I thought it was really, really fun cos they were all so warm and friendly and we felt so welcomed! They even invited us to play their song together with them haha. After which they requested us to perform some of our songs for them haha. I think we should all model ourselves after them. They're definitely busy people, being doctors and all that, yet they still find time for weekly CO practices. And as students we pon our practices like free. So stop ponning! LOL!!!

Day Three - Sight-seeing cum Shopping
We went to see the Big Buddha on Lantau Island, and the ride there was like a roller-coaster ride. The place is on top of a mountain, and the bus driver was turning and zooming everywhere, making me feel so giddy lol. Anyway, it takes 268 steps to climb to the Big Buddha lol. It was very windy up there and I was half scared that I would be blown off wahahax. When Joey saw me he said, "Eh Ruth, you're still here! I thought you got blown away!" >.<

Day Four - Ocean Park
Went to watch a practice by HKCO in the morning. I was quite fascinated by a couple of unfamiliar-looking instruments around haha. It was quite alright, but I wasn't like WOW, impressive! Haha. The highlight of the day's our visit to Ocean Park! It was really fun! And I think that this should be added to my Top 3 Achievements. I actually tried out the Abyss! It's this thing that raises you up a super tall tower-like structure, then drops you down at lightning speed in 10 seconds or so. Before arriving at Ocean Park, I thought that I probably wouldn't go on any rides cos I'm a loser when it comes to scary rides haha. But I can't believe I actually went to try the Abyss! Joey, Xingzhong, Fiona, Weiliang and I went to try it haha. Joey told us to keep our mouths shut so that when our organs fly up, we can swallow them back down. LOL!!!! My goodness. Haha everything was alright initially, cos going up wasn't exactly fast. What's more, Weiliang gave a yell all of a sudden and I couldn't help laughing. But I started to feel really scared when we were at the top. I didn't know when we were gonna drop down, and all I could do was pray. "God, please don't let me die on my way down!" I was praying halfway AND WE WENT DOWN! Omg, I'm very sure it's faster than lightning speed lol. We were lifted off our seats and we could only cling onto the red thing that prevents us from flying off. That was my best friend in that 1 minute or so hahaha. Yeah I was quite scared, so I screamed like anything to make myself better lol. Fiona thought I was dying or something, so she reached out to comfort me. She actually dared to remove a hand from the red thing! Lol. Zilu commented that my legs looked really funny. Cos I was kicking everywhere hahaha. But I felt really exhilarated after the ride. Like wow, I survived such a scary ride! I rock man! Hahahahaha. Another unbelievable thing's that I rode it for a second time! Cos they managed to drag Mdm Wee to ride with us, so all 5 of us decided to ride again. I almost chickened out at the last minute! I really wanted to get off the seat but the guy already pressed the button to start the whole ride. I was actually more scared the second time haha. After us shouting, "GO MDM WEE!!!!!" we were off! I was still scared when we plunged down, but it wasn't as scary actually. Haha. Anyway, the point is that I feel extremely proud of my courage LOL! A few of us went for the Raging River after that. It was fun! Having the water splash onto us haha. Even though the water isn't exactly clean... it was still nice hahaha. We went shopping at Ladies' Market again after that. This time, we bought our shoes! The colour's really bright and I'm so gonna shock my whole class. Not that they aren't already shocked by my current pair of shoes, which aren't exactly that bright are they! Haha. Yeah, managed to buy stuff for S34, my parents and friends too! :D

Lol I need 2 paragraphs for day four, cos I've got loads to say about our night-time card games! The curfew was at 3am, so we had a really long time to play. We went to Mingcong's room, where there were quite alot of people. We played bridge, dai dee and cheat hahaha. Guoxiang's freaking hilarious! His funny ways of talking and all the random languages he uses. Lol. He's just super funny man haha! I think I really spent the whole of last night laughing till I cried and my stomach ached lol! First was Guoxiang and his silly antics, then Amanda's sudden SCREAM when she looked at the TV (that scream was louder than Jiayun, Rebecca and Jasmine's combined), and not to mention that one game of cheat that got me laughing till I almost died lol. The person before me put a card in the 10, J, Q range, and I didn't have a single card in that range. But I saw this covered card on the table, so I took it and it was a Q, and I hurriedly put it. Cos Guoxiang peeped at my cards (as usual) and decided to give me a card LOL! Because of that I couldn't stop laughing for a long time lol! Yes and throughout the game we were exchanging cards like free, putting our cards on the table and taking each other's. And no one noticed LOL!!!! Omg everytime I think of it I'll laugh haha!

Day Five - Goodbye Hong Kong :(
We were supposed to go to the Chinese University of Hong Kong but it was raining heavily and not many people really wanted to go, so we went for a short shopping trip at this shopping centre. Zilu and I wanted to buy CDs but they were quite expensive sigh. Lunch was Korean buffet! It was somewhat like Seoul Garden haha. But we didn't have an equally long time. After that was shopping at the airport, then we had to check-in. :( Ah I was so sad then! Especially when we said goodbye to our tour guide, I nearly cried hee. Yay Fong Sun sat beside me on the plane! This time I didn't sleep cos I wanted to savour the last moments of the trip haha. I watched a bit of Enchanted to laugh at the part where Giselle opened the window to sing LOL. And Fong Sun was telling me about this yangqin guy from Diocesan LOL! After we arrived at the airport, Mingcong made me buy alcohol for him! Cos I'm 18 hahaha. He said he wanted to pretend that I'm his elder sister, so he said in front of the lady, "Jiejie hurry up, mummy's waiting." I was like, "WHAT!!!!!" The lady was quite friendly, so we chatted with her for a while. She was saying that we do not look alike and all that (of course we don't) LOL!!!

Some other highlights of the trip. We had 2 accidents in 2 days! The first one happened on the second day. Our bus was turning around this roundabout when a taxi rammed into it and the headlights of the taxi flew off. The HK police are really efficient man. Within a few seconds, a policeman arrived on his motorcycle and we were all really surprised haha. The second accident happened on the next day. This one was scarier. I was sleeping and listening to Boyband and I was about to reach the squeaky part when the bus all of a sudden gave a HUGE jerk and cards, water bottles and handphones started flying tothe front. I was alarmed, wondering what the hell was happening. Apparently some driver swerved into our lane and our driver tried to avoid him. That's what most people say. But at least we're all safe and sound! :)

Accidents aside, I got to know some people better and that's nice! Like Rebecca and Jasmine are totally crazy people lol. Especially Jasmine, who gives funny laughters at random moments. There was one night when Zilu and I were talking and all of a sudden we heard this giggle from their room. Zilu was like, "What are they doing!" LOL. Another night, we were about to enter our room from someplace. Zilu rings the doorbell. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" We heard this loud scream from inside and we were totally stunned. Like what's going on in our room! Haha turned out that Jasmine, Rebecca and Jiayun were trying clothes in our room and our ringing the doorbell shocked them LOL!!! I think their scream shocked us more lol. Haha and Jasmine's smart man. She very cleverly locked her key into her luggage and she couldn't open it lol. So we were struggling with safety pins for a while. Then she decided to use my nail clipper to clip away the metal part. I thought she was gonna do it will Christmas, until Zilu saved the day! She bent the safety pin, put it into the lock, turned it, and it opened! We decided that we're all gonna be careful of our house locks from now on HAHA. Yeah, and I never knew before the trip that Guoxiang's so funny lol. I'm thinking of the card game again LOL! And yes, Weiliang's super nice! Not that I didn't know that before but yeah, he's just really, really nice haha.

Ahhhh I MISS HONG KONG!!!!!!!!! The usual after-trip hangovers that I have. I miss VJCO! And I think the tour guide really rocks. He's such a nice person, and he's so passionate about his job! He's probably the best tour guide I've encountered in my 3 CO trips. I shall hunt for him on Facebook or something haha. Roar I wish the trip could be as long as DHSCO's, 9 to 10 days. But that's impossible haha. Talking about DHSCO, they're going to HK tomorrow! They're gonna have the same tour guide, go to one of the restaurants we went to for dinner, and stay in the same hotel! But of course, not for all 9 days haha. Just now I was contemplating camping at the airport and join DHSCO for another HK trip tomorrow HAHA. They'll be going for 9 days! And Vivian's going too! I shall ask her to tell Sky that her cousin went to HK too hahahaha.

Vivian's so funny. The moment I signed in, she went, "DAJIE!!!!! I GOT THE BLAZER THAT YOU BORROWED BEFORE! I'm honoured to my soles!" LOL!!!! Talk about coincidence, her getting the blazer I once borrowed. But well, our sizes are almost similar haha. Anyway, have fun, DHSCO! Wish I were still in HK. :(

I'm prepared to be feeling really sad tomorrow when I wake up. The usual depression I feel after I wake up from some big event. You know, the emptiness that you feel after everything is over. And besides, coming back means reality. It means that I should stop playing and sit down to REALLY STUDY. Recalling Mr Ho Wei Kang's words. Take the first week of the holidays to really unwind, and after that, you'll have to study at least 6 to 8 hours a day. There will be no more break for you all the way till after your A levels. It scares me to imagine how short time is. Ahhh. But yeah, I'm back, and I really should get started!

Hopefully Lam Lee, Yuqian and Cristal are free tomorrow! Lam Lee is, but the other 2 haven't replied. If they're free, I can go out instead of moping at home feeling sad that the trip is over haha. It's still the first week, I can still play! Hahahahaha. Ooh. Fong Sun's telling me that she found the vice-president of Diocesan CO on Facebook. LOL!!!

No pictures yet, cos they're all in random people's cameras haha. I didn't bring mine cos it's spoilt, and my phone will lag a thousand years. Look forward to seeing my noble face! :D

BRING ME BACK TO HONG KONG PLEASE!

Friday, May 23, 2008

Whee the holidays are heeeeeeere! And it's 2 more days to the Hong Kong trip! I'm having mixed feelings about it, but I hope it'll be fun. :D

CO pratices this week have been rather mentally draining. What with all that last-minute choosing of a dizi item (my fault), us screwing up yesterday when we were supposed to play for Mdm Wee, blah blah. But it was better today, on the whole. Ah I've got to play sai ma now! I remember back in DHS I used to dislike being accompaniment for xianyue cos of Wang Laoshi, who loved to drive me nuts and stress me totally lol. Thankfully there's no one doing that now haha. Ha I was sight-reading the score just now and smoking through here and there. But I think I was not bad already! HAHA. Hopefully all will be well on the day of our performance. Yes it will! :)

Went to join our class people at the marina square sakae after CO. Huijin, Amelia, Jarren, Shiang Nee, Hannah, Jessie and Melissa were there. They'd been there for 1 hour before I joined them lol. Haha they were asking me what time's our flight to Hong Kong this sunday cos they thought of sending me off, and I told them we have to be there by 6am. Obviously no one will be sending me LOL! Oh I met Zhou Mo at city hall mrt on my way back haha! She went there for some Melbourne university open house thing haha.

Lol I talked on the phone with Valerie for more than an hour just now! We were talking about our CCAs and stuff, and I must say she really knows a lot of things LOL. Cool. Yay, it's so nice talking to her. We'll just laugh and whine and complain about every single thing in the world lol! :D

I'm going to cut my hair tomorrow morning! With Yuqian and Lam Lee haha. Lam Lee's saying she'll see if she wants to wake up tomorrow, then she'll go. Such a mean friend eh! I told her that if she doesn't go with me tomorrow, I'll fly away to HK after that and she'll miss me, to which she gave a super sarcastic reply and I can't stop laughing now LOL!!! Ah I'll need to pray about my hair tonight HAHA.

Three cheers for the American Idol, David Cook! Yeah! :D :D :D And that concludes season 7 sigh. I love this season man, all that talent! This must be the most exciting finale I've watched, both popular and competent Davids standing an equal chance. They're both such great singers, Archuleta sings till my hair stands and Cook's just phenomenal. Haha! Ahh that means I'll have no more shows to watch anymore! All the way till the new seasons of Survivor and Amazing Race. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Alright, STUDY!

Hoho. Did I mention that I sent 1494 messages last month! I really wonder where did my msgs fly to. :/

Haha this is a little late but yeah, soccer girls beat SAJC to become the national champions! Hurray! Yep, went down to support the match on wednesday and it was exciting! SA scored the first goal during the first half and VJ scored one during the second half. There remained a tie forever until they decided to have the penalty kicks. In which VJ won! It was such a heartwarming sight, the girls cheering so happily and the instructors rushing up to congratulate them.

Went to support the basketball guys and girls yesterday too. I realise it's quite fun watching the matches haha. I didn't go for a single one last year lol. Anyway, both the guys and girls lost to HCI. But everyone did their best, great job everyone! :D The girls' match was super exciting cos throughout, the scores were very, very close. VJ was leading initially until the end when HCI suddenly played sooooo rough and started shooting in so many goals. I must say, Liying's really good man! My goodness, all her imba three-pointers! Yinling, Chew Ping and Amelia played super well too! I was so touched by their team spirit yesterday haha. And I think the coach should stop yelling at them hah.

I think I'm not cut-out to go into the finance line haha. I attended the finance career talk with Jessie, and halfway through we got so bored we started playing Game of Life on her phone lol! I should have gone for the hospitality talk instead, it sounds more interesting. Haha Huijin and Joojoo say they can imagine me in that line, working in a hotel and interacting with people lol! Nah, I'm too shy. :D

Bio's honestly annoying the crap out of me. More specifically, the teacher. Why do the H1 people have to go for tutorial when the questions don't even concern us! On top of that, Mrs Lim still insists that we copy down the answers. I asked her why, and she said, "It's always better to learn more, right?" Yawn, there's a reason why we dropped bio to H1 okay! Anyway, I refused to copy wahahax.

Yesterday was the season finale of Survivor! Yay Parvati won! Poor Amanda, in both seasons, she played so well and made it all the way to the finale but she just couldn't play the jury. Wasted. But Parvati played a great game too, so she deserves to win! :D Ahh I'm suffering from the usual post-Survivor syndrome. And American Idol's coming to an end too! Nooooooooooooooo! Life's boring without reality shows. :( But I should study, yeah? Hahaha.

Lol. Look what I came across in Genius' blog! "I think the concert was fine, no major screw ups for me or anyone else, and Noble garnered herself a whole new fan club that is steadily increasing in size..........." LOL! I couldn't stop laughing when I read this hahaha. And I decided to kope some of her photos. :)
Cupcakes from the teachers! But I wonder whose idea was it to put those names on them! Haha it was so funny, they were giving out the cupcakes to everyone, one by one. They were calling, "Genius! Genius! Genius!" And there was still no answer. After some time, Zilu finally realised they were calling for her and she went, "Oh me, me!" LOL!!!!! I think we're special people, cos everyone else had their real names on the cupcakes lol!
Whee! Jason Mraz and Ryan Cabrera's new albums are great! Do listen to them! :D

I started to feel sick! (Yo! Please read my entry below first!)

Yeah I thought it was a lack of sleep or something, so I just went to school as per normal. I didn't feel too bad till I was up in the music room, when I felt quite feverish and super cold. But I wasn't sure if I had a fever yet. Until I was in the PT and I felt quite terrible, having body aches and all that nonsense and quite alot of people told me I felt feverish. Whoa I was totally dejected! Like of all times! I haven't had a fever in a super, super super long time and it had to come on concert day! First time ever man. Haha I was basically dying during the rehearsal cos of my body aches. What's more, they kept asking us to stand and sit, stand, sit, sit, stand. And I was very annoyed cos the PA crew always seeemed to be lagging and I ended up standing so long lol.

Haha I went to the general office to get panadol, and the person refused to give me but instead told me to go see a doctor. I was shocked when I heard that lol. Fiona wanted to go to 7-11 to buy panadol for me, but she met her friend and her friend happened to have extra strong panadol for all the aches lol. Fiona's friend is my saviour! Haha. Yep I felt better after eating the panadol, at least I didn't ache so much. And, I didn't tumble down the stairs during Canon in D lol.

Our rehearsal seemed to take an eternity. After the effects of the panadol wore off, I started feeling crappy again and I was moaning and moaning. And I had no strength to play my solos lol. Luckily for Guo Laoshi's understanding, he said those who weren't feeling well can rest. Haha!

I think I had less than 10 scoops of rice for dinner. I was quite hungry, yet I had no appetite cos I needed something light. Yet I had to eat, otherwise I'll start shivering during my long notes. Haha thankfully I didn't! Anyway, I was thinking that everything will be okay in the end, cos God is always there for me! Haha Valerie told me a verse just now, "We are more than conquerers...." can't really remember the second half oops. But yeah, I was inspired by that! And I knew that God will help me! :)

I wasn't feeling all that great when the concert started, but whoa, the moment I saw familiar faces, Sharon, Joo, Huijin, Jessie, Audrey Han, Huijin, Yuqian, Lam Lee, Cristal, I all of a sudden perked up! I told Zilu that I felt so energized when I saw them haha. Audrey's so funny, she suddenly stood up, waved and said, "HI RUTH!" LOL!!!!! Thank you to my fan club for calling my name! LOL nah kidding. Sharon, Joo, Huijin and Jessie! Not bad, quite loud eh! Hahaha =D

I thought my first few items weren't that great, especially tuo ling. But I've got no regrets, cos I did my best haha! Valerie said I looked like I was dying LOL. I think I did better for the second half. I felt more refreshed haha! And I didn't expect Guo Laoshi to ask Mingcong and me to stand up for ju hua tai. I looked down the stage and I saw Ms Wong clapping super enthusiastically and at that moment I was thinking, "omg, here's such a nice teacher whose work I never ever do!" and I felt so guilty but touched at the same time. But really, Ms Wong's really a nice and cool teacher! Haha I felt quite overcome with emotions during the last few songs. My tears were like coming out and going in LOL. Yeah, I think we really did a good job! =) Oh btw, anyone realised I forgot one line of Canon? I managed to make it harmonise though! Hehe

Thanks everyone for coming, and for all the gifts! Thank you Huijin, Sharon, Joo and Jessie for the big bird balloon whose head can nod LOL, thank you Audrey for the chocolate and for saying you're honoured to be my friend (I'm honoured!), thank you Xianghong, Jobina and Rouhui for the flowers, thank you Yuqian, Lam Lee and Cristal for the huge nemo balloon (Zilu saw it from her seat and started commenting on it LOL), Jolie, Wing Sum and Flora for the flower petals (everyone has 1 but I have 3 cos they say the SL deserves more! LOL) and OF COURSE, thank you VALERIE for the 3-page letter which I really read before going on stage and I was so, so, so touched I tear-ed but didn't cry cos there were too many people in the CO room haha, and for the chocolates too! And thank you everyone who came, Mingyao, Yilin, Jeenise, Xiaoxue................ and all the DHSCO people! :)

Haha! Just now this Hwa Chong guy came to talk to me and asked if I knew him. Apparently he knows me, but I currently can't think of anyone I might know hmm. I'm sorry, my brain's quite useless today, I'll recall when I'm better! Hehe. Oh, and Jonathan's friend, I think his name is Lemuel, came to talk to me twice saying that he thinks I play well and he's impressed by my vibrato! Huijin and the rest happened to be there and they said that I've got admirers and today when I get home, 50 people will add me on friendster LOL! Omg that's super amusing! But really, thank you everyone for everything!

Roar I brought up a drink and panadol, now my drink's almost finished but I haven't touched my panadol. Don't feel like eating hehe! I should sleep soon. But I shall watch Survivor first! Hahaha.

And once again, I can't thank you guys enough but yeah, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!!! :) :) :)
Haha! Jessie asked me not to come online but I have to, otherwise my concert mood will be gone! Hahaha. Anyway people, you're supposed to read this entry first!

Haha these 2 days were like some roller-coaster ride. Just yesterday (thursday), I felt really, really demoralised. And annoyed haha. When I first stepped into the PT for rehearsal, I thought that my blood vessels were gonna burst cos I felt that the world was out to piss me off (sounds so Huijin LOL). I was basically annoyed with people who didn't bother about my request for another platform, and with people who kept telling me to do things when I've already made a decision and it was really impossible to appease everyone. Gotta do things the fair way! Haha later on, I felt really demoralised cos our Canon in D had some screw-ups due to some memorising problems. I was complaining to Siyuan about it lol. When I got home, it was already 10 plus pm and I had no concert mood at all. When I FINALLY started to feel a little excitement................

Thursday, May 08, 2008

Hahaha. I just went downstairs and my mum said, "Huh, you're not in school ah?" Lol. Yeah I didn't go to school this morning. Quite pointless going for just a few lessons hehe. And I need to sleep! Lol.

Ooh yesterday's econs lecture was quite funny (yeah I went HAHA). I fell asleep minutes into the lecture and just a few moments after Audrey woke me up, Mr Cook started talking about people who were sleeping. There was this girl who was sleeping, and he told her friend to stick a finger into her ear to wake her up! My goodness lol. Audrey said if he'd asked someone to wake me up, she'd have pretended not to know me HAHA.

Speaking of pretense, Mr Tan Yew Hwee made me mop the canteen floor a few days ago! Thanks to Huijin man. She spilt milo on herself and on the floor and Mr Tan happened to see that, so he beckoned the both of us towards him. After he asked Huijin to go wash up, he turned to me and said, "Girl, your friend made a mess of the floor, so you have to help her clean up right? Go borrow a mop from the drinks stall." I initially thought he was joking, but he said, "Quick lah!" and really went to help me borrow a mop from the drinks stall. So I really had to mop the floor! Omg thankfully there weren't many people in the canteen, so embarrassing lol! And Huijin laughed at me when I told her what I did! Lol. She says she'll nominate me for VGEMS. Yes, I think I deserve it for being such a noble friend LOL!!

We had CO yesterday until 9 plus! I wouldn't have minded so much if it had been dazu all the way, but it wasn't. There was sectionals for what seemed like an eternity (thank God for tuo ling hehe). And I wondered what the hell do we need sectionals for. Oh well. Yeah I was annoyed during sectionals (like what's new) cos I was competing with the suonas to MAKE MYSELF HEARD. But at least the suonas don't play when I'm talking, whereas some egomaniacs who think they're THAT GREAT never ever stop playing and it really gets very irritating. Either that or some other people refuse to play and just sit there watching me suffer. Not to mention people who yell extremely rudely at me when they can't hear me. For God's sake if you can't hear, keep quiet, I wonder if their primary school teachers ever taught them that. ROAR. Sorry for this, I did say I'll try to appreciate my section cos it's the last few days. Yeah, I did, by being so tolerant and never once losing my temper!

Haha alright, enough about stuff that annoy me. Dazu was quite fun, cos Zilu and I were singing as usual. There was once I was so amused that I laughed until I cried. And we were reliving our SYF practices last year, the lame things that we did haha! Yeah, that includes the over expression of emotions during the gao yin sheng part of Chun LOL! Oh gosh, I'm missing the seniors haha. Oh oh, and I was thinking, I'm really appreciating DHSCO guys! A lot lol.

Some pictures Zilu and I took haha!

Genius on the dizi

Plus Noble on the sheng
Makes a ground-breaking duet!
LOL! Oh, I mastered the fen yong solo on both the zhong yin sheng and gao yin sheng! And I can play the hong lou meng solo too. Sigh, don't you think it's a huge waste that I'm not in sheng! HAHA.

The concert's tomorrow! I'll try to be positive about it. Haha and it's my last practice today. And tomorrow's probably gonna be my last real concert. Who knows, maybe I'll feel a tinge of sadness. Heh. Haha! So funny, Handoko, Zixuan and Teerapong all asked me what am I doing online, is there no school today lol. And Teerapong said I'm becoming like him, MC king LOL! Okay, I'll go download Clay Aiken's new songs!
I will have faith. :)

HEY VIVIAN! My regular fan HAHA. If you're reading this, please post your link the next time you tag k! Cos I really can't remember your new blog address lol! And and, congrats on your first in level! Jeenise told me about it haha. Yeah, this paragraph is dedicated to my cousin wahahahaha. =D

I'm happy today! :) And I shall happily do my chem review test tomorrow. When I'm not even clear what topics are tested lol! Besides organic chem, that is. God will provide! =)

RARH! That summarises my whole week. It's a mere 6 days to the CO concert, and this must be the very first time I don't really feel anything. No excitement, no dread. Maybe I'm just too fed-up these days to think properly heh. Sometimes I feel like just saying "I don't really care" (in fact, I said that once today) but I can't, cos my responsibility does not allow me to do so. So, I'll just do whatever I have to do for the next 6 days. After all, it's what we've been "working" for right?

I was initially in an alright mood for CO today, until I happened to see another side of some people and I must say that made me feel disappointed, bewildered and pretty much pissed off for the rest of the day. I was so tempted to hide in the classroom with the suonas during sectionals in the hopes that they would blast my unhappiness away. But Zongxing would definitely not approve of that lol, so I attempted to fen my section properly.

Haha I don't know what's the problem man. I came home and pondered over it, is it my fault? Am I expecting too much? Perhaps I am, but one thing's for sure, everyone deserves respect, yes? And surely I've given in enough? I can say that I've actually been quite fair if not very and if people are still unhappy, I can only ask you to be content, and it's a fact, I've given enough.

Ha yeah I was complaining to various people just now. Thank you Valerie for talking to me! I know I can always count on you to listen and at the same time be impartial. :) Haha we were apparently both annoyed with arrogance and disrespect, so we were complaining to each other lol. Yup, I felt better after that! Oh yes, thank you Huijin too! =D

Pointless frustrations aside, Yuqian told me yesterday that her mum went to cut her dog's hair and now her dog looks like a boy! I was laughing like nuts when I heard that. Just imagine! LOL!

Roar. Everyone please, give me some credit for being so nice and tolerant. :/
